MEET LORI & KATHY

They built the program they couldn't find.

Most leadership programs end just as the real work begins. ellevae is built for accomplished women who need more than good advice: sustained coaching, real practice, and a cohort that stays with the work until it takes hold.

"Lori didn't give me the answers — she helped me find them myself. That's what makes the shift lasting."

THE BELIEF

Leadership changes when women have the right room to think in.

ellevae began with two women comparing notes from very different leadership lives, and realizing the hard questions were often the same.

How do you carry more responsibility without carrying everything? How do you make decisions when the stakes are visible and the support is thin? How do you lead in a way that is clear, credible, and still your own?

ellevae is built for those questions. The ones senior women rarely get enough room to ask, practice, or answer honestly.

Meet your guides

Two leaders, different industries, yet the same hard-won instincts about what works.

MEET LORI

For the moments when title alone is not enough.

Lori spent thirty years leading in academia, where authority has to be earned in every room. As Vice Provost, founding program director, department head, and professor of marketing, she learned how to move smart, independent people through influence, credibility, and clear thinking. That is what she brings to ellevae: the ability to name what is really happening, cut through the noise, and help women trust their own judgment when the path is not obvious. Ph.D., MBA, ICF coach, founder of Breaking the Glass Ceiling, contributing author to a landmark book on coaching practices across the field, and co-editor of a forthcoming book on influence capital for women leaders.

MEET KATHY

For the moments when the stakes are immediate.

Kathy spent forty years in the private sector, including decades as a CFO and executive advisor across airlines, SaaS, financial services, and nonprofits. She has led through pressure, change, disruption, and rooms where decisions had real weight. That is what she brings to ellevae: honest counsel, practical judgment, humor, and the ability to help women step back, see the bigger picture, and move forward with more intention. MBA in Finance from NYU, Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Rutgers, and the person people keep calling long after the official work is done.

"Lori not only saved me time, but significant money in potential mistakes."
