ellevae is not designed for everyone—and that’s intentional. It has elements of all three but isn't exactly any of them. Each Path includes a small cohort experience, individual coaching with an ellevae founder, practical tools, and access to the private Alliance. The cohort creates structure and peer conversation. The coaching creates individual application. The Alliance creates ongoing connection with women currently on a path or alumnae who choose to remain in the Alliance.

Each path is a six-month virtual experience including structured cohort sessions, three individual coaching sessions with an ellevae founder, practical tools for immediate application, and a private online space to stay connected between sessions. Here you’ll find thoughtful conversation, real-world application, and reflection with women who are serious about how they lead. Sessions are designed to meet you where you are, while also stretching how you think about influence, authority, and impact.
