PATH 1: INFLUENCE
Lead so your authority is felt the way you intend it.
Influence is the ability to shape conversations, decisions, and outcomes through clarity, credibility, and trust. As your leadership expands, people take cues from how you handle pressure, ambiguity, disagreement, and visibility. This path helps you strengthen the internal authority and communication clarity needed to be heard, taken seriously, and experienced as steady without becoming louder, harder, or less yourself. Lead with presence, precision, and relational intelligence so your perspective carries weight in complex rooms.

PATH 2: IMPACT
Create outcomes that hold long after you've moved on.
Impact is the difference your leadership creates beyond your own effort. As responsibility grows, excellence alone is no longer enough. You are accountable for outcomes that hold, systems that function, and performance that does not depend on your constant presence. This path helps you shift from doing the work to shaping the conditions for stronger results. Define direction, build capability, and place your leadership where it creates leverage across teams, systems, and time.

PATH 3: INTEGRATION
Lead at this level without losing yourself in it.
Integration is the alignment between who you are and how you lead. As responsibility grows, leadership can fragment your energy, priorities, and sense of self. This path helps you build the internal steadiness needed to lead with clarity, capacity, and values-based choice. Read your energy as data, set boundaries that protect credibility, and make decisions that reflect who you are now, so your leadership can expand without costing you yourself.
